By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the related legal terms governing use of the platform. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the application or the services.

- match customers with available service providers and fulfill service requests;
- process payments, settlements, cancellations, refunds, commissions, and related financial reconciliations;

- monitor platform performance, improve features, analyze usage trends, and support service quality;
- protect the platform, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and enforce this Policy and other applicable terms;

Location Data
If you use Sahab through a mobile device, Sahab may collect and process location data, including GPS coordinates, when location permissions are enabled. This information is used to display nearby service providers, identify the requested service location, direct the relevant service provider to the requested location, improve operational efficiency, and support dispute review where necessary.
Location data is used only for legitimate platform purposes connected with service delivery, support, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and related legal or operational obligations.
Payment Information
Sahab offers online and cash payment options. Electronic payments may be processed by approved third-party payment service providers. Sahab does not sell, rent, or disclose cardholder information for independent third-party use.
Where card information is stored or tokenized, such processing is handled through the authorized payment partner in accordance with its technical and legal requirements. Sahab may retain payment metadata and transaction records necessary for accounting, reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
Sharing and Disclosure
Sahab does not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- with relevant service providers to complete the service you requested;
- with payment processors and financial service providers to complete transactions and settlements;

Based on the information you provide, Sahab may contact you through the application, phone, email, or other official channels regarding your requests, bookings, support inquiries, payment matters, policy notices, quality follow-up, complaints, or other service-related communications.
Eligibility for Use
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- your use of Sahab has not previously been disabled or prohibited for cause;
- you are not using the platform in a manner that violates any law, regulation, or binding obligation;
- you have authority to request services for the specified location and vehicle, where applicable;
- you will use only approved and compatible means of access to the application.
User Commitments and Warranties
You agree that you will:
- provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date;
- comply with applicable laws and with Sahab's notices, procedures, and operational policies;
- use the platform only for lawful purposes and not for fraud, abuse, harassment, or deception;
- maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify Sahab of unauthorized access;
- not interfere with platform operations, copy platform content without permission, or misuse user information;
- not use information obtained through Sahab except as necessary for legitimate personal or service use.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trade names, trademarks, software, and materials made available through Sahab remain protected by applicable intellectual property and related rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or permit unauthorized use of such materials except as expressly permitted by Sahab in writing.
Prices, Payments, and Cancellations
Service pricing may vary based on region, service provider, time of request, vehicle type and size, availability, promotions, and other platform factors. Sahab may update fees, pricing structures, or service charges from time to time.
- Any fees imposed on a booking or service may become due immediately and may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
- Once a booking is accepted and confirmed, cancellation or modification rights may be limited by the application rules.
- If a user cancels late, is absent at the service location, or fails to respond within the applicable timeframe, Sahab may impose the relevant fee, deduction, or commission according to the platform rules.
- In the event of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive conduct, Sahab may suspend services, block access, impose penalties, and seek compensation for damages in accordance with applicable terms and law.
Legal Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
- Information and recommendations provided through the platform are for general informational purposes only.
- Sahab acts as an intermediary platform between customers and service providers and does not assume the service provider's direct obligations regarding service quality, conduct, or field performance.
- Complaints concerning service execution should be raised promptly through the platform or official channels and may be subject to applicable reporting deadlines.
- Sahab works to maintain the accuracy and availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors, defects, or harmful technical conditions.
- To the extent permitted by law, Sahab disclaims indirect or consequential liability arising from the use of the platform, service requests, or interactions between users and service providers.
Security and Account Protection
Sahab follows reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Sensitive information exchanged through the platform may be protected through secured communication channels and approved digital security methods.
You remain responsible for safeguarding your account, password, device access, and any other credentials used to access the platform.
Third-Party Services and Websites
The platform may contain links to, integrations with, or dependencies on third-party services, payment solutions, mapping tools, analytics services, websites, or advertising content. Sahab does not control such third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, policies, availability, or privacy practices. Your interaction with third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
Term, Suspension, and Termination
Your relationship with Sahab continues until terminated by you or Sahab. You may stop using the application at any time by deleting it and discontinuing access. Sahab may suspend or terminate access immediately where it reasonably believes that you have breached this Policy, misused the platform, engaged in fraud, caused harm, or created legal, technical, or operational risk.
Additional Terms for Service Providers
In addition to the above, service providers acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for:
- maintaining any permits, licenses, registrations, vehicle papers, and legal authorizations required for their work;
- keeping account, payment, and operational information accurate and current;
- accepting orders, attending appointments on time, and treating customers with respect and professionalism;
- settling outstanding dues within the applicable period set by the platform;
- understanding that certain payment, settlement, and security processes may rely on approved third-party partners;
- accepting that Sahab may adjust promotions, pricing displays, commissions, deductions, or operational rules announced through the platform;
- raising disputes or operational issues promptly through the application or official Sahab communication channels.
Platform Protection and Anti-Circumvention Policy
1. The service provider shall strictly refrain from:
- soliciting or encouraging any application customer to request the service outside the platform;
- exchanging phone numbers or any other means of communication for the purpose of completing orders outside the application;
- offering special offers or discounts conditional upon canceling the order through the application and completing it outside the system;
- directly marketing the provider's services to application customers with the intention of bypassing the platform's commission.
2. Any communication intended to divert orders outside the application shall constitute an explicit and material violation of the usage policy, whether such conduct occurs directly or indirectly.
Penalties and Measures
Where a violation is established, the platform shall have the right to take the following actions:
- First violation: a financial penalty of SAR 1,000 (one thousand Saudi Riyals).
- Second violation: a financial penalty of SAR 5,000 (five thousand Saudi Riyals).
- Third violation: permanent suspension of the account, inclusion of the service provider on the blacklist, and prohibition from using the application or registering for it again in any form whatsoever.
Additional Provisions
- The platform reserves the right to deduct fines from any outstanding amounts payable to the service provider.
- The imposition of fines shall not prevent the platform from claiming compensation for any additional damages arising from the violation.
- The platform may temporarily suspend the account while investigating any complaint or report related to this clause.
Changes to this Policy
Sahab may amend this Privacy Policy and related legal provisions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or technical changes. Any updated version becomes effective upon publication on this page unless a different effective date is stated. You should review this page periodically to stay informed of the current version.
