These terms and conditions represent a formal agreement between the Sahab application and the users of the application (clients and service providers). These user terms govern your use of the Sahab application, which is an electronic platform that brings together users and service providers to be the intermediary between them, as through this platform the customer requests the services available from service providers and his request is fulfilled based on the information given.
Your acceptance of these terms and conditions mentioned below means your acceptance of them in all their details, and if you do not agree to any of the terms contained in this contract, you must not use the application.
Sahab reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user of the application to review the terms and conditions of use periodically to see updates to these terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy
Sahab is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our applications. The following privacy policy sets out what information the Sahab application may collect and how we can use this information to better serve users while using our application.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it:
  1. When you register for the Service (either as a customer or service provider), a user profile is collected to further personalize the user experience, and includes for example your name and mobile number. This personal information will not be shared with any third party.
  2. Tracking information is collected as you move through our Application or use the Service, including, but not limited to, geographic areas. If you require service for your car, the driver's mobile phone will record your GPS coordinates to serve you better if the location access feature is enabled from the phone settings.
  3. If you use our services through your mobile device, we will track your geolocation information so that you will be able to view car wash providers in the area near your location, set your wash location, and our service providers can find the location where you wish to wash the car . We will not share this information with third parties for any purpose and will use this information only for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request.
  4. All or some credit or debit card data and personally identifiable information will not be sold, shared, rented or rented to any third parties.
  5. Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using the Service. We use this information to closely monitor which features of the Service are used most, to allow you to view your laundry history, to store your credit card information with an authorized payment partner, to view any promotions we may be running currently, to set pricing, and to determine which features we need to focus on, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where we should provide or focus the Services, we use the usage information collected so that we can better serve you.
Eligibility for Services
You agree and guarantee the following:
  1. Your use of the Sahab services has never been disabled or prevented from using them at any time for any reason.
  2. You are not a competitor to Sahab.
  3. You have full power and authority to contract and in doing so you will not be in breach of any law or contract.
  4. You have full authority to request the service at a specific location or/and for a specific vehicle.
Commitments and Warranties
You agree and guarantee the following:
  1. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. You will provide true and accurate information to Sahab and update it periodically.
  3. You will review and comply with any notices sent through Sahab in connection with your use of the Service provided by Sahab.
  4. You will not do any harm to the Sahab application in any way, and if you cause any harm, you agree to be subject to the penalties issued by the Sahab application.
  5. You will not use the information, content, or any data you access or obtain through Sahab services for any purpose other than for personal use and you will use the application and the service exclusively for your own purposes and you will not sell it to any third.
  6. You will use the Service or Application for lawful purposes only, and you will not use the Services to send or store any illegal or fraudulent material.
  7. You will not use the Service or Application to cause harm, inconvenience, or inconvenience to anyone.
  8. You will not hamper the proper operation of the Sahab app.
  9. You will not copy or distribute the Application or other content without the written permission of Sahab.
  10. You will keep the password for your account or any identification we provide to you and provide access to your account, securely and confidentially.
  11. You will provide us with all evidence of your identity at Sahab's sole discretion.
  12. Sahab has the right to refuse to provide the service or use the application without giving reasons.
  13. You will not cancel the service when the service provider arrives to implement the service, and that your right to cancel the service is limited to the specific period of time determined by Sahab according to the type of service, the time of the request and the time of cancellation. And Sahab can fine you for the cancellation process if it deems it appropriate (depending on the time of cancellation, the time of booking and the booked service).
Customer Service
Based on the personal information you provide us, we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, and to provide the services you request, we will communicate with you via email, phone or application, according to your wishes, we always look forward to serving you better!
Intellectual property rights
You must not reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the Services or any trademarks or other trade names appearing in the Application.
Sahab may rely on third party advertising and marketing provided through the Application or Service and to support the Application or Service. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to receive such advertising and marketing. If you do not wish to receive such advertisements, you must notify us in writing. Sahab reserves the right to charge a higher fee for the Service or Application if you choose not to receive such advertising services.
Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or geo-location information. We will only use this information as described in this Privacy Policy (and only to serve you better).
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to process payment, provide customer support, provide geolocation information to our service providers, to perform website - related services, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improving site features or to help us analyze how our Website and the Service are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Prices
The prices shown in the application for each service depends on many terms, and the price may vary according to the following:
  1. Region
  2. Service Providers
  3. Service Request Time
  4. Vehicle Type and Size
  5. Availability of Service Providers
Payments
  1. Sahab application reserves the right to charge new fees for the use of the application or the service or both.
  2. We offer multiple online and cash payment options and we are not responsible in the event of a system or network failure of an existing payment solution.
  3. If Sahab decides to charge a new fee, you will be notified of this and you will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract.
  4. The prices that Service Providers apply for the provision of the Service can be found through the Application.
  5. Any fees that Sahab may impose on your request or service, shall be immediately due and non-refundable, and Sahab shall have the right to charge a commission on non-presented reservations due to postponement, cancellation or non-response of the customer an hour before the service is provided or as imposed by the application.
  6. Sahab may amend or update prices from time to time without prior notice.
  7. There is a price for each vehicles category (tiny - small - medium - large - huge) depending on what the service provider specifies.
  8. You acknowledge and agree that you are always committed to the secretariat, and you agree that in the event that any fraud, manipulation or deception is discovered in any way, you will be subject to stopping your services and blocking them from the Sahab application, in addition to Sahab’s right to collect a fraud fine starting from (5000) Saudi Riyals and up to to (25,000) Saudi Riyals, in addition to Sahab’s right to claim compensation for all damages that have resulted or will result as a result of this fraud and manipulation.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our information practices. If we make any dramatic changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information about our privacy practices.
Legal Responsibility
  1. The information, recommendations and services or any of them provided to you through the Application are for general information purposes only and do not constitute any advice.
  2. If there is any kind of protection outside the car, such as (nano ceramic) and others, you must inform the service provider before the appointment to serve you better.
  3. Sahab will not bear any responsibility for the loss or damage to the customer's property that he did not remove in advance and does not offer any compensation for that.
  4. We take into account all comments and complaints raised through the system (raising feedback) within 24 hours of the appointment as a maximum, and you are not entitled to claim after 24 hours from the date of providing the service.
  5. All materials used are suitable and intended for washing uses, and any damage resulting from this is the responsibility of the service provider, and if you want to exclude one of the services provided in your request, this will not cause any difference in the value of the service.
  6. Sahab will work hard to correct and update the application and its contents and make it in the best possible way, but it does not guarantee that the contents of the application are free from errors, defects, malware and viruses as all systems can be hacked and does not guarantee the validity, accuracy and update of the application. But we will work hard to protect your information and the app from any harm it might cause.
  7. The company is not responsible for your lack of prior knowledge of the method of washing or the price of the service.
  8. In the event that the first party does not respond to any action taken within 30 hours, the company has the right to close the complaint.
  9. The company disclaims responsibility for the car after the service provider leaves the site.
  10. The company may take a picture of the car before washing and after washing to ensure quality.
  11. Sahab is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the application, including but not limited to harmful viruses.
  12. The responsibility for the quality of the service required using the application or the entire service rests with the service provider who provides you with the requested service and not on the Sahab application as the Sahab application is an intermediary between you and the service provider.
  13. Sahab does not accept under any circumstances any liability related to the consequences of the services requested from the service provider and any small or large damage to the customer is under the responsibility of the service provider.
  14. Sahab does not accept responsibility for any actions, behaviors, behavior, or negligence, or all of the above, on the part of the service provider, and if this happens, you must contact us to take the appropriate actions.
  15. Any complaints about the services should be submitted to the service provider.
Assurances and Guarantees
  1. When using the Application or Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of your home country, country, state, emirate and the city in which you are located while using the Application or Service.
  2. You may access the Service only using approved means. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you are using the Service or the Application with an incompatible or unauthorized device.
Modification of Services
Sahab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to do the following at any time:
  1. Change the Services or any related materials; and/or stop publishing its services.
  2. If Sahab decides to stop publishing its services, it may, of its own volition, replace the services with other similar materials.
Limitation of Liability
  1. Sahab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, they are all provided "as is".
  2. When you order your vehicle's engine to be cleaned, Sahab and its service providers disclaim any responsibility for any damage. Any damage resulting from this service is under the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Sahab does not guarantee the accuracy, content, or timeliness of the Services or the results that may or may not be obtained by the user of the Services.
  4. By entering into this agreement or using the app or the service, you agree that you agree to access to the service or vehicle location - whether it is an individual villa, apartment, public parking, private parking, commercial park, etc- to service providers - in order to provide the requested service(s) and bear the relevant cost in the event that the service provider fails to reach you.
  5. Sahab application will not be responsible for the occurrence of any implicit damages in the requested services, and the application disclaims responsibility for any damage that occurs during the order process, whether on the part of the customer or the service provider, and the application will not be subject to any compensation for one or both parties.
Security
  1. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the privacy of the Services and are solely responsible for their use by anyone else using your account and/or username, password or access credentials.
  2. You also agree to notify Sahab if you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of any password, username, IP address, or other methods of accessing the Services.
Application License
You are not allowed to do the following:
  1. Send unsolicited, repetitive or unsolicited messages in a manner that violates the laws of the country in which you are located.
  2. Send or store material that is infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, illegal, or otherwise harmful, including but not limited to material that is harmful to children or that violates third party privacy rights.
  3. Submit or store material that contains software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful code, files, scripts, or malware.
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application, the Service, or the data contained therein.
  5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, Service, related systems, or networks.
Contract Term and Termination
The contract between you and Sahab is for an unlimited period. You may terminate the Contract at any time by permanently deleting the Application installed on your Smartphone, thereby disabling your use of the Application and the Service. You can switch the user account at any time.
You are not entitled to abuse the application in any way for a personal purpose, and when facing any problem, you can communicate on the official communication platforms.
Sahab has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect at any time (by disabling your use of the Application and the Service), if you do any of the following:
  1. Violation or breach of any of the terms of the user.
  2. If Sahab believes that you are misusing the Application or Service.
  3. Sahab is not obligated to give prior notice of termination of the contract.
Modification of Service and User Terms
The Service may place limits on certain features and services or limit your access to parts of the Service or the entire Service without prior notice or liability.
Notifications
Sahab may send notifications by sending a general notification about the Service or Application, or by sending an email to your mailing address.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We follow proper procedures and security standards in collecting, preserving and handling data, in order to protect that data against unauthorized handling, modification, disclosure or destruction of your personal data, username, password, information about your transactions and data stored on our application. Sensitive and private data is exchanged between Sahab and its users through secured communication channels and is encrypted and protected through approved digital methods.
Third Party Websites
Users may find advertisements or other content on our App that contain links to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, or other third party entities. You should note that we do not control the content or links that appear on those sites and are not responsible for the practices of sites linked to our site. In addition, those websites or services, including their content and links, may change constantly. These sites and services will have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites that link to our App, is subject to those websites' own terms and policies.
Agreement to the Terms of Use
By using this application, you agree to our privacy policy and the terms and conditions that govern the use of this application. If you do not agree to this policy, you must not use our application. You acknowledge that your continued use of the Application following the announcement of changes to this Policy or to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Application will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Cancellation and Exchange Policy
  1. Once your reservation is accepted by a service provider, you cannot cancel or edit your order.
  2. You can cancel the order before confirming the appointment, after that you cannot cancel, and an amount will be deducted when you are not at the specified place at the reserved time.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Service Providers
These are the terms and conditions agreed between the Sahab application and service providers, and if you use the application, this means that you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:
  1. To have a permit from the municipality in your area (to be a regular)
  2. The service provider's vehicle is owned by you, or you are entrusted with it
  3. You must have a valid Istimarah
  4. Have a valid driver's license
  5. Accept the maximum limit to your balance in the application, as the maximum limit is that you have 500 Saudi riyals that must be paid to Sahab if there are any dues
  6. You must pay any dues within 6 weeks of the last use of the application
  7. You should know that all financial matters are based on agreements with a third party to maintain security and privacy and any problem that occurs is outside the scope of our responsibility.
  8. You must know that orders received from customers will be accepted immediately.
  9. You should speak to customers with tact and respect
  10. Realizing that the customer is always right and must be satisfied in all cases
  11. You must come to the site at least five minutes before the appointment.
  12. You can rate customers and report any problem that may occur to you through the official channels.
  13. You can change prices and place offers whenever you want.
  14. Sahab application will take a commission of 3% from any order that is paid through the application to cover the commission of the electronic payment solutions provider.
  15. Sahab has the right to deduct an amount up to 25% of an order total if the service provider did not cross their time slots which resulted in the cancelation of an order.
  16. Sahab has the right to deduct an amount up to 100% of an order total if an order is canceled and the service provider fails to inform the customer that their order is canceled.
  17. In case a service provider communicates with Sahab customers outside the context of Sahab, then a penalty is applied on the service provider as follows: SR 50 in the first time, SR 100 in the second time, and SR 200 along with a 3 day ban from using Sahab services in the third time.
  18. Sahab has the right to share its marketing offers at any time. For example: If there is a discount of 20%, Sahab bears 10% and the service provider bears 10%.
  19. You agree to update these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to return to this page to see if it has been modified.
  20. In the event that a certain commission or fee is imposed, you will be notified explicitly and clearly, and you can then continue or terminate the contract.
  21. The Sahab application can communicate with you at any time in order to know your opinions about the application in general and about customers in particular, and all this in order to provide you with a better service.
  22. To know that the success of the application is from your success and vice versa.
  23. You are not entitled to abuse the application in any way for a personal purpose, and when facing any problem, you can communicate on the official communication platforms.
  24. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  25. You will provide true and accurate information to Sahab and update it periodically.
  26. You will review and comply with any notices sent through Sahab related to your use of the Service provided by Sahab.
  27. That Sahab application can change the prices and compensate you for the difference, for example: if you offer a washing service for 35 riyals, then the Sahab application has the right to make it 25 riyals for the customer and you will be compensated with the remaining 10 riyals, meaning that you get the full amount (35 riyals), and all of that to entice and attract customers.
  28. That Sahab application can change the prices of your services and packages without further notice, and that you will receive all of your dues.
  29. You will not do any harm to the Sahab application in any way, and if you cause any harm, you agree to be subject to the penalties issued by the Sahab application.
  30. We offer multiple online and cash payment options and we are not responsible in the event of a system or network failure of an existing payment solution.
  31. Sahab does not accept under any circumstances any liability related to the consequences of the services requested from the service provider and any small or large damage to the customer is under the responsibility of the service provider.
  32. Any complaints about the services will be submitted by the customer to the service provider.
  33. If there is any problem between the service provider and the customer, you must raise the problem to the Sahab application as soon as possible through the application or the official communication platforms.
  34. The contract between you and Sahab is for an unlimited period. You have the right to terminate the contract at any time by notifying us and permanently deleting the application installed on your smartphone.
  35. Sahab has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect at any time (by disabling your use of the Application and the Service), if you do any of the following:
    1. Violation or breach any of the terms of the user.
    2. If Sahab believes that you are misusing the Application or Service.
